What we collect

When you buy a GEN247 membership, we receive your email address and subscription details (plan, status, start and renewal dates, subscription ID) from Stan Store. When you sign in to GEN247 inside ChatGPT, we see the email address of the Google account you sign in with. We do NOT collect or store your payment card details — payments are handled by Stan Store and its payment processors.

How we use it

Only to verify your membership, turn your access on and off, and contact you about your account and the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

Stan Store (sales and billing), Zapier (account automation), Cloudflare (hosting and database), and OpenAI / ChatGPT (the platform the app runs on). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

While your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for bookkeeping and dispute handling.

Your choices

Email us at shop@doyou247.com to see, correct, or delete your information.

Other

GEN247 runs inside ChatGPT; we do not set our own tracking cookies. The service is not directed to anyone under 18. If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this address.
